Dr. Sandra Carrigan
is a seasoned professional in the field of
Human Resource Development with over 25 years experience in learning
and performance solutions in the private, public and academic sectors.
She has had the privilege of being an associate of three top global
consulting companies – FranklinCovey, VitalSmarts, and Development
Dimensions International, as well as leading and managing her own organization,
bluehorizonlearning, inc. Sandra excels as an executive assessor, facilitator
and coach with expertise in developing high-performing individuals,
teams and organizations. Sandra is known for being able to translate “soft
skills” into measurable behaviors that result in increased
productivity and bottom-line results. She is also a member of the
faculty of the Schulich Executive Education Centre.
Marlene Durrell
M.Ed., PCC is an experienced
management consultant and executive coach and facilitator, drawing
on her experiences as a member of the leadership team in both the
for-profit and not-for-profit sectors to provide strategic solutions
and development support to individuals and teams within organizations.
She
has held leadership positions on the boards of directors that provide
professional and leadership development to professionals in the organizational
development, coaching and entrepreneurial fields and has managed
her own coaching and consulting business, The Walmsley Group for
10 years.
Marlene, as a certified
professional coach and Human Resources professional is committed
to the ethics and standards set by the International Coach Federation
and the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
Susan Bee (Director of Sales)
is a Senior Business Development Consultant with in her own consulting
practice King & Kennedy Consulting, Inc. Over
the past 13 years, Susan has helped senior management teams produce
real change in organizational productivity that have significantly
impacted organizational profitability and alignment for success.
Prior to founding King & Kennedy
Consulting, Inc.,
Susan worked as a Sales and Training Manager and Senior Consultant
with Franklin Covey, an internationally recognized leader in leadership
coaching and organizational productivity. During her tenure at Franklin
Covey, Susan had an opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of
international clients including Ford Motor Company, Daimler Chrysler,
GM, Kraft, and Computershare. Her primary focus with each of these
clients lay in understanding organizational prerogatives and then
working to help align the staffing, systems, structures and stakeholder
expectations around those key issues.
At King & Kennedy Consulting,
Inc., Susan
was also a Junior Partner of The Galileo Initiative; an internationally
recognized authority on change, behaviour modification, communication,
consulting, training and development. She held a primary responsibility
for working with executive teams and senior management groups in
North America, Mexico and Europe. Drawing on her years of experience
and insight in the Canadian and U.S. business market, she hopes to
leverage her past successes to benefit new and existing clients in
ways that move them to even higher levels of personal and organizational
success in today’s highly competitive and demanding business
environment.
